Elegant, fresh, and pure—this is a Pinot Noir that’s all about finesse and drinkability, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown on a single parcel of 75-year-old vines in Puligny-Montrachet, whole-cluster fermented with native yeasts, then aged 1 year in used oak followed by 1 year on fine lees in stainless steel for added texture and purity.
