What are your delivery charges?
We offer complimentary delivery for orders above $300. For orders below $300, delivery fees are $30 for standard delivery and $50 for express delivery.
Self-collection is also available at our pop-up location, subject to our current pop-up schedule and operating days. Collection details will be shared accordingly.
When will I get my order?
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
Express delivery: 1-2 business days
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
If your wines arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to begin the return process. Once the product has been returned, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement bottle, subject to availability.
What happens if my delivery is late or goes missing?
Sorry to hear you’ve been left thirsty. If your order is delayed or missing, drop us a note at drinkingwithoutborders@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible so your bottles reach you soon.
How will the wine bottles be packaged?
All bottles are packed securely in our Wine Down wine carriers and paper bags for smaller orders. For larger orders, bottles will be packed in cartons/boxes to ensure safe delivery.
